Levels of Care
Two Levels of Structured Support
Every TrueNorth program is outpatient and for adults. PHP provides the most structure; IOP provides more flexibility for work, study and family life.
Many people move between the two over time. Admission and level-of-care decisions are based on individualized clinical assessment.
Mental Health
Mental Health PHP
Partial Hospitalization
Our most structured outpatient level of care, for adults who may need substantial therapeutic support without 24-hour inpatient hospitalization.

Mental Health IOP
Intensive Outpatient
Fewer program hours than PHP. It may be appropriate as a step down from PHP, or as a step up when weekly therapy is no longer providing enough support.

TrueNorth is designed to serve commercially insured and private-pay patients. Accepted insurance plans will be listed as payer contracts become effective.
