If you plan to use health insurance, our team can verify available behavioral health benefits and explain information provided by your insurer regarding coverage.

Clinical Assessment
A qualified professional will complete an assessment to better understand your symptoms, history, current circumstances, safety needs, and treatment goals.

Level-of-Care Recommendation
Based on your assessment, we will determine whether TrueNorth's PHP, IOP, or other available services are clinically appropriate.
If another level of care is more appropriate, we will discuss available options whenever possible.

Begin Treatment
When admission is appropriate and financial/authorization requirements have been addressed, our team will help you prepare for your first day.
Commercial Insurance & Private Pay
TrueNorth is designed to serve commercially insured and private-pay patients.
Accepted insurance plans will be listed as payer contracts become effective.
Because coverage differs by plan, deductible, network status, medical necessity, authorization requirements and other factors, we encourage prospective patients to allow our team to verify their individual benefits.
